There are MANY health care professionals that contribute to overall patient care. Whether it's the doctor, nurse, care aide, social worker, dietician, or one of the many others, our pharmacy team will collaborate and work with them to optimize the residents health care plan.
VACCINATIONS
Our team of clinical pharmacists are certified to provide a variety of vaccinations, such as the flu and covid vaccines. We will host vaccine clinics at your care community for your convenience, or you can call us to arrange a vaccine appointment at the pharmacy.
